Zaprite offers the ability to connect your Blink Lightning Address and receive payments directly into your Blink Wallet. If you haven’t setup a Blink wallet, head over to blink.sv to learn more and get started.
Connect Your Blink Wallet
The following is a short guide on how you can connect your own Blink wallet to Zaprite to start accepting lightning payments through your Blink Lightning Address.
Step 1: Activate Blink payments
The first step is to activate the Blink Lightning Address plugin. Simply visit the Connections tab and click the ‘Connect’ link under the Blink card.

Once activated, you will be brought to the ‘Settings’ screen to configure your connection.
Step 2: Configure your connection
The next step involves adding your Blink Lightning Address username. You can find your Lightning Address when you click Receive in the Blink wallet. You only need to enter your username. Do not enter the last part of the Lightning Address (@blink.sv).

Make sure you check the box to agree to the terms, then click [Connect].
Note: Your Blink Lightning Address connection can only be used to generate receive invoices. Zaprite can never access your funds or spend from your account.
If you want to disconnect your Blink wallet, you can simply click the Disconnect button and your Blink Lightning Address information will be removed from our database. You can reconnect at any time.

Step 3: Enable Blink on Checkouts
Now you are free to enable Blink payments on Checkouts for Invoices, Payment Links, Event Tickets, Virtual POS Terminals and API Orders. Simply click the Blink toggle on the Checkout section to allow your customer to pay over lightning and have funds deposited straight into your Blink wallet. The Checkout settings page includes a similar toggle for enabling Blink on your default Checkout.

Your payer will now see a Lightning option on your hosted Checkout page and a QR code will be automatically generated by Zaprite using your Blink Lightning Address.

When the Order is paid, you will receive an email notification with the payment details and the payer will be shown an option to download a PDF receipt.

That’s it! You should now have Blink Lightning payment options enabled on your Zaprite Checkouts.
When a payment is detected, we’ll record it in your Transactions history for future accounting and reconciliation.
Of course, you’ll also see the original Transaction in your Blink Transaction History tab.
