Zaprite offers the ability to enable Branta verification on your Checkouts.
Your customers can benefit from using Branta-enabled wallets to see your branding in-app and confirm who they are paying before they send payment.
Connect your Branta account
The following is a short guide on how you can connect your Branta account to Zaprite to enable address verification on Zaprite Checkouts.
Step 1: Activate Branta Connection
The first step is to activate the Branta connection. Simply visit the Connections tab and click the ‘Connect’ link under the Branta card.

Once activated, you will be brought to the ‘Connect’ screen to start your connection.
Step 2: Create a Branta API Key
The next step involves logging into your Branta account to generate an API Key.
In your Branta account, click API Keys, then New API Key to create a new key. Give it a Name, for example ‘Zaprite’, choose your preferred Expiration Date, then click Submit.

Your new API Key will be shown for you to copy. Copy the key and head back over to Zaprite.
Step 3: Connect your account
Paste the key your just created and copied into the API Key field on the Branta connection page in Zaprite.

Make sure you check the box to agree to the terms, then click Connect.
Note: Branta uses zero-knowledge verification to limit the data they see or hold. Learn More.
If you want to disconnect Branta, you can simply click the Disconnect button and your Branta connection details will be removed from our database. You can reconnect at any time.

Success!
At this point Zaprite is now connected to your Branta account. When customers are paying a Zaprite Checkout with a Branta-enabled wallet, they will see your company name and branding when they scan the Lightning invoice or Bitcoin onchain address, enabling them to verify the address validity.
